“Many of our clients are going through hardship after the recent Brisbane Hail Storms and Cyclone Marcia in North QLD. We know and understand it is a stressful and challenging time. Our claims team are with you every step of the way not only to support you but to ensure your claims are settled in a timely manner.

Due to the volume of claims we are experiencing, as you may understand we are working through and servicing the most severe cases first. Due to a shortfall in materials and repairers, claims are delayed as everyone gets back on their feet.

AustBrokers Comsure is focused on providing our clients with a supportive, pro-active and outstanding claims experience. We will deliver both on our promise and to work with your insurer to achieve the best claims outcome possible for you.

If you were impacted by Cyclone Marcia, take as many photos of the damage as possible (especially if you have had a power outage and need to dispose of food), and ensure you contact either the SES or AustBrokers Comsure for “Make Safe” repairs. Proceed with getting your carpets dried and request that they provide you with a report, and keep any receipts for claims purposes.
